User manual:

1. Puf off metal stopper, open handle with two hands.
2. Put tube in, first, hold handle slowly, then pressing.
3. Loosen the handle after pressing, the brake will be in function, please hold the handle again, and cut it..
4. Repeat the operation of point 3, until the tube is cut..

Note:

During cutting, the pipe can easily break due to the age of the pipe or the colder weather in winter. Therefore, we ask that you use a torch light when cutting the pipe in order to increase the temperature in cold weather
