Winter holiday - 2023 December

Dear Customers!

We would like to notify you that our shop will be closed from 15.12.2023 to 03.01.2024.

During these days, we will be unable to respond to telephone calls or emails.

 

Closing date: 2023.12.15 12:00.
Opening date: 2024.01.04 8:00.

During the holiday, our webshop is going to be fully functional, you will be able to place orders, which will be shipped in the following rules:

Orders placed during the holidays will be processed based on the order of arrival on the 4th of January, 2023. Depending on the number of orders, the usual delivery time may increase. We will try everything to deliver all orders as soon as possible.

The needle valve depressor digger can be used to remove needle valves from both 1/4" and 5/16" Schrader valves.
The 5/16" connection also allows the removal of the valves of system equipped with R32 and R410A refrigerants.
The side connection of the needl valve depressor digger allows the system to be vacuumed, as well as the connection of a manifold gauge.
The needle valve depressor digger was rated for R410A systems.

User manual:

 

Your needle valve depressor digger must only be hand-tightened when being connected. Over tigtnening using a wrench may damage the gaskets or fitting, creating a leak!!!

 

1/4" Fitting:

  1. Hand-tighten the female body swivel fitting on the tool to the system access port.
  2. Push the Valve Core Removal Tool Stem Assembly and rotate the stem until it locks onto the valve core.
  3. Continue to push while rotating the stem counter-clockwise until the valve core is loosened completely.
  4. Pull the stem away from the service port to remove the valve core, close the ball valve and unscrew the stem from the tool.
  5. The male port where the stem unscrewed now has maximum flow. Use this port for service hose attachement.
  6. The side port may be used to attach vacuum or pressure gauges.

 

5/16" fitting:

To use the 5/16" Mini-Split fitting:

  1. Hand tighten the 5/16" fitting to the system first.
  2. Then screw on the valve core tool to this fitting.
  3. Follow steps 2-6 above.
