Details

Instructions for Use:

1. Remove the refrigerant from the cooling system using a refrigerant recovery unit.
2. Vacuum the system for 5 minutes. Check the vacuum gauge. If there is a change in the vacuum value within 4 minutes, the leakage area is too large for the sealant to function properly.
3. If the test described in step 2 is positive, connect the sealant syringe to the suction side connection of the cooling system using the hose in the box.
4. Use the syringe to deliver the sealant to the cooling system.
5. Charge the system according to the device manufacturer's instructions.
6. Start the cooling unit. Run the compressor for 20 minutes to allow the sealant to circulate in the system and exert its proper sealing effect.
